Electron Microscopy Sciences Invoil Diffusion Pump Oil C 500 ML
Consists of esters or specially selected hydrocarbon fractions. They were developed for vapor-diffusion pump fluids. They are high purity, very low pressure, and very stable. Pressures lower than 10^-7 torr obtainable. No need for cold trap. Good pumping speed and no corrosive deposits or vapors. Oil C obtains the highest vacuum pressure (10-7 torr) of all of the oils.

Both tab sides have a thick conductive adhesive (conductive inner tab is 35µm and the adhesive is 45µm on each side for a total thickness of 125µm [5 mils]) with a liner on both sides, a transparent liner and white liner respectively. They are ready for immediate use. The top protective liner does not have to be removed until the sample is ready to be mounted. This reduces possible contamination. Outgassing is negligible.

Please note that epoxy resins are prone to solidification or crystallization. If this occurs, the product can easily be returned to a liquid state by immersing the tube in warm [approximately 100 °F (38 °C)] water for 30 minutes. Ensure all material is melted prior to use. Allow the resin component to return to room temperature prior to mixing with the hardener.
